What is counselling?

Counselling is a therapeutic conversation which is confidential, non-judgmental, caring and respectful.
It encourages people to find resources within themselves for making changes, recovering from difficult experiences, and understanding how their relationships work.

What we'll do together

People come to us for many reasons. They may be troubled by what is happening in their lives now, or by what happened in the past.
They may feel anxious, depressed or confused because of a relationship or a difficult issue in their lives.

Benefits

Through the safe expression of feelings and honest communication with their counsellor, people find that their self-esteem is strengthened and they have more self-awareness to make changes in their lives and their relationships.

How it works

We offer weekly sessions at a set time each week. Once an agreement has been set up, we kindly ask our clients to keep to these times and not miss appointments.
