We have no paid staff. All our counsellors, our supervisors, the administrator and treasurer and the trustees provide their services free of charge. Our counselling rooms at the Bedford Road Health Centre are provided free of charge through the Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust, for which we are very grateful. Nevertheless, we do have costs including telephone, indemnity insurance, professional affiliation fees and day-to-day office expenses.
We also ensure that the quality of counselling provided by our team is maintained and enhanced by providing Masterclass workshops each year. These are led by experts in their field, and we have to pay their fees and the costs incidental to these events.

Any size of donation is greatly valued and appreciated by the staff and clients of the service. All donors will receive a formal receipt and a letter of thanks. All donations go directly to supporting our service for the residents of Hitchin and the surrounding villages.
